We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The spacious and modern room was a huge plus, as well as the array of family-friendly activities available on-site. However, the service left something to be desired, especially during check-in. We faced some unexpected issues with water and had difficulties communicating with the staff about it. Nonetheless, the overall value for money is decent given the amenities offered.
